What is the European Accessibility Act?: The European Accessibility Act (EAA) applies to covered e-commerce and digital services from June 2025. Enforcement and penalties depend on the service, scope, and each country's national implementation. Clearpath reports automated WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility findings for prioritisation, not a legal assessment.
What does Clearpath actually scan?: The free preview checks one page and shows the score, severity counts, and top three findings. Unlock one complete scan for €2 after the free preview, or subscribe to monitor up to ~50 pages each month with re-scans and branded PDFs.
How often are my sites re-scanned?: Every monitored site is automatically re-scanned once a month. You receive a short email digest telling you whether new accessibility findings were detected, with a link straight to the latest report.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Both plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from the billing portal, and monitoring continues until the end of your current billing period.
